ON FEASIBILITY STUDY “PROJECT OF RECYCLING WASTEWATER FROM VIETNAM’S TEXTILE DYEING FACTORIES AND OTHER APPLICABLE INDUSTRIES”
On July 21st, 2021, WASOL signed a partnership agreement with SOJITZ for the “Project of recycling wastewater from Vietnam’s textile dyeing factories and other applicable industries”. The project is funded by Ministry Of Environment, Japan.
SOJITZ is Japan’s leading conglomerate with about 400 subsidiaries and affiliates located in Japan and around the world. SOJITZ operates in various areas such as: aerospace, resources – minerals, chemical, energy, agriculture – food, industrial infrastructure… In Vietnam, SOJITZ has had investment projects in industrial park infrastructure, forestry, education…
The project aims to experiment new technologies to solve existing problem about wastewater pollution, especially low level of Color, COD, and BOD… in dyeing factories, or other related industrial plants. Once successful, the project will enable those factories to commercialize and improve the ability to recycle a large amount of existing wastewater sources at reasonable investment and operating costs. This is a critical part of sustainable development goals for business in Vietnam and other emerging countries.
